Award Description
Must be a member of the Federation and must have been a significant, full-time participant in the water environment industry for a period of 25 years, 10 of which must have been actively involved in the day-to-day collection, maintenance, operations, laboratory or management of a wastewater collection or treatment facility.
Award Criteria
1. Must be a current member of the Water Environment Federation and a member for a minimum of the last five consecutive years.
2. Must have been a significant, full-time participant in the water pollution control in industry for a period of 25 years (as of July 1 of the year applying), 10 of which must have been actively involved in the day-to-day collection, maintenance, operations, laboratory, or management of a wastewater transportation or treatment facility. Include military service if it was spent working in the area of wastewater. If not, include a maximum of three (3) years.
3. Must submit an application for membership consideration to the Federation office to be reviewed by the Quarter Century Operators’ subcommittee and for approval by the Board of Trustees. The application MUST be accompanied by a complete and detailed resume of experience. Application deadline is July 1st.
